Description: Representation of DMC Development Boundaries as referenced in DMC documents. ROPD Staff generated the District boundary based on information supplied on pages 2-3 Appendix 3.0 DMC Development District Technical Description. RPW staff generated the Sub District boundaries based on information supplied from both a) www.dmc.mn\maps\ . These boundaries are unofficial and a best effort representation for mapping\planning purposes for City and Olmsted County GIS staff based on the above sources. Updated 2017 to include the Alatus project site. This boundary modification was approved by resolution (48-2017) by the COR Council on 12/19/16. The Destination Medical Center Corp. (DMCC) approved the resolution on 2/8/17. Last updated by COR PW 9/23/2020 to include area along 2 ST SW to the proposed West Transit Village Site.
